Return Initiation:

To initiate a return, please contact us within the first 10 days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorization number. You can do this via the form provided here. This authorization number is valid for 7 business days and must be clearly labeled on your return package.

  • Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. We cannot refund shipping costs. If you choose to return an item that was shipped free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
  • Return Authorization Requirement: If we receive your return without a valid return authorization number or if we determine that the returned merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Special orders and custom-made items (items that are not regular stock) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
