Contact Within 10 Days: Ensure that you initiate your return within the first 10 days of receiving your item from us.
Obtain Authorization Number: Complete the form provided below to receive a return authorization number.
Authorization Number Delivery: You will receive your return authorization number within 24 hours of submitting the form.
Valid Authorization Period: Be aware that the return authorization number is valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance. Your return package must be shipped within this timeframe.
Labeling: The return authorization number must be clearly labeled on your return package. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused.
Restock Fee: All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or applied to the exchange/store credit.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Furthermore, any shipping fees incurred for the original shipment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, special orders, or any items not regularly stocked cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. These sales are final and not eligible for any form of return or refund.
