LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

When you arrive, you'll be asked to sign off on your items, ensuring you receive them in good condition.
